How do I sign up to use the Raklet App?
Sign ups are currently not available via the mobile app but via the website monashrmosociety.raklet.com. Raklet supports all browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge etc.
If you're an existing member, simply select "Log in" and log in with the email address that you originally used to sign up for Monash RMO society. If this is your first time logging in, you will be asked to set a password.
Otherwise, complete the sign up form monashrmosociety.raklet.com/Apply or "Become a Member" on the website.
Once finished, download the Raklet App on App Store/Android Store/Google Play Store etc. and log in!

Can I sign up using the Raklet App?
Unfortunately, you can only first sign up via browser.

How can I claim my free food/coffee?
On Thursday's (coffee) or Friday's (1 meal), simply place your order per normal and show your digital membership card to Henry&Co (MMC), Volume (DDH) or Casey Cafe to claim your free item!

How do I access my membership card?
Once logged in, select the "Membership" tab to show your membership card, it's as simple as that!
You can access your membership card whether via the Raklet app or via browsers on the website

Will cafes still accept my membership sticker?
No, physical membership stickers are currently being phased out.

Will cafes accept my membership PDF?
Only until the end of August 2022, after which all membership ID proof must be through the app/website.

How much does it cost to be part of the RMO society?
Only $15 per fortnightly pay cycle, PRE-TAX (approx <$10 post tax)!

How do I cease my RMO society membership?
We will be sad to see you go :(
Chances are you have had issues emailing Monash workforce about it! Instead, email our membership officer at secretary@monashrmosociety.org or contact us via Facebook and we can give you a form to fill out to cease your membership.
